We are fully licensed and insured and are full members of the Real Estate Institute of Western Australia.   We can also provide a written Ray White Guarantee if the client wishes.

The most accurate way to provide an opinion and quote is to arrange a walk through appraisal of the property.  These generally take less than half an hour.

Our fees are generally on a percentage of the sale price basis and we are able to negotiate a performance based tiered success fee if required.

I specialise in listing and selling residential real estate South of the River in Perth.  I am also happy to assist buyers who may be new to the market and require some guidance.
