  Highly recommend Lachy! He has been helping me with a torn disc for the last year. Lachy helps injuries with manual therapy, exercises and much more during appointments but also offers online coaching through his rebuild app! This is so helpful for guidance through exercises and gym programs! Lachy is always there to message for any questions as well which is super helpful. Have experienced so much relief in my injuries since seeing Lachy. Highly recommend!

  I met Lachlan during a free group class at Anytime Fitness Glenelg that he hosts on Mondays and Thursdays and saw his passion for fitness and physical health shine through. I'm very particular with whom I see for physio and have been struggling with neck/shoulder pain for years, but after booking with him at Rebuild, I can say the name really holds true to his service. Friendly and professional with great attention to detail and following up on progress in appointments, as well as offering tips on maintaining your health with his knowledge as a personal trainer. Booking is also super easy with the website. I am very happy with the service overall, 10/10 would recommend, wonderful service!

  I was Adelaide from Ireland attending a World Masters sailing event when my body let me down and I found myself in need of a physio. I picked Rebuild through Google and the reviews it had received and I was not disappointed. Lachlan saw me at short notice and was very personable and took time understand my sport and the issues I had. He worked with me over a number of days to treat my initial problem with massage, exercises and K taping that allowed me to continue my competition. When a second more debilitating injury hit me, he again fitted me in and got me back on my feet. He also provided me with exercises and associated videos to help me cope with the long-haul journey home. All of which really helped! So many thanks Lachlan. You not only demonstrated a good knowledge but tailored the treatments to fit my circumstances and went the extra mile to fit me in and provide the short term triage I needed with great care. I would not hesitate to recommend Rebuild to anyone who is in need of a physio. Thanks mate!!
