Yes Red & Co are fully insured and it's really important the property owner has up to date land lord insurance.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I started in Real Estate as a trainee upon finishing school in 2001. I left Real Estate to study social work and I spent the next 10 years working in all aspects of social work particularly social housing. During my time in social work I completed my full Real Estate Licence and managed a student accommodation facility along with my own investment property.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Recently one of our owners was so please with our property management service he transferred over another one of his properties and refinanced through Jayden in our finance team. This saved him over $150 per week on his mortgage repayments. He spoke of feeling much less stress that his property investing is in safe hands.

I was raised in a good family I went to a good school I spent over 5 years working in social work I'm available 24 hours a day via mobile phone.  I own property and know the importance in having quality tenants as well as zero vacancy.

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

Our property manager are property owners so we know how important it is to have zero vacancy. We also have zero staff turn over so you will always deal with Kathy or myself. I'm available 24hr a day 7days per week via mobile. Kathy and I have been in property management for over 15 years each.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Property address and a brief description of the property e.g 3 bed 2 bath 1 garage. We can do the rest of comparative market analysis to identify what similar properties are achieving.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The customer is losing money before they seek our assistance. If your current agents haven't updated the ad since posting, aren't holding 2 open houses on week days and 1 every Saturday, and communicating with you after every open house then usually that's a sign they don't really care

We specialise in all aspects of property management. Together we currently manage a rent roll of over 165 residential properties throughout Brisbane. Kathy is an expert in NRAS letting, we both specialise in property management of new development, management rights and student accommodation.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Both Kathy and myself hold our full Real Estate Licences. Kathy Also comes from a back ground in school teaching and I spent over 5 years in social work. We are both very skilled on working with people particularly around conflict resolution and complex problem solving.
