  Very professional team !!! Due to Covid-19 our office working environment changed. Our sales dropped drastically and we couldn’t afford to keep renting a commercial office. So we converted our front bedroom into a permanent office. We were installing three work stations with data, internet and power which all needed cabling and connections. While doing all this we were told that we needed to upgrade our power connection to the house as well as needed a whole new wiring of the lighting due to old, unsafe wiring. We received several quotes and spoke to various electricians. Reed Electrical Solutions were successful. Callum Reed came across very professional, very technical savvy, knew what he was saying, and gave us a great design for the installation. At the time of installation and delivery, Callum came with an ‘A’ Team to wire and install the work. For the installation, Callum had to go inside the attic above the ceiling as well as go into the small floor cavity below the floor and up on the roof. He was brilliant. His team were very professional, they knew what they were doing, they coordinated and worked very well, they were fast, and they also cleaned up the mess after leaving and did a brilliant job installing. We had a bit of a hiccup here and there but Callum was brilliant to fix the situation immediately. Callum and his team delivered the services above and beyond expectation. I would recommend Callum Reed to anybody.

  Booking someone online can make you nervous to trust and have confidence that you are securing someone who will actually deliver on their task to your standards. Both being perfectionists with with exceptionally high standards, usually very hard to meet, Callum absolutely exceeded our expectations, installing 7 chandeliers. He not only completed the tasks required but he identified areas of improvement we had not foreseen and also completed those to an exceptionally high standard with high attention to detail. A very hard and fast worker, he is also a great communicator and easy to talk to about your needs and expectations so you feel safe with him in your home, which very important, especially for a woman. We now live in our home with a permanent smile on our face seeing it a perfect as it is! Any electrical work we need in the future we will use Callum.
