Yes. I am insured as a student which also includes those in my sessions. My programs are designed solely for you even the music. I constantly check in with my clients to make sure they are happy and having fun so there is no doubt my program is the best for you.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

After joining a crossfit family and competing in obstacle races i overcame so many physical and mental changes that made me proud to be me, that feeling is indescribable so i decided to support and train others so they can experience the same feeling.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

One client has lost over 20cm over her entire body, she started when she hated exercising with other people, she was unable to complete 2 push ups, she had never heard or burpees but hated the look of them, she now completes 15 push ups, 20 burpees and trains everyday

The most rewarding thing is clients overcoming goals, wether they are big or small. The smile and pure happiness of seeing a client complete a particular movement or beat their time makes this job so worth it.

Wether it is one on one or group training that you are interested in here at Reformed fitness there is no judgement and no divide in groups. Our interval training along with the understanding and support of the trainer makes fitness fun for all fitness levels, all ages and all body types.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

First time clients will receive a 1 hour session which includes goal setting, measurements, needs analysis, nutrient advice plus the 30 minute workout for only $30!!!

What makes your pricing competitive?

Generally person trainers will charge $50 + for 30 minutes. I believe 30 minutes for a warm up, work out and cool down is not beneficial so our sessions run for 45 minutes. As i am currently finishing my certificate IV in personal training whilst working it allows my pricing to be discounted.

How do you normally charge for your service?

The payment system is very flexible, Payments can be made by direct deposit or cash. There is no lock in contracts. You can pay up front for 5 sessions or pay as you go

I specialise in challenges wether it is a specific goal you are training for or just general fitness my programs are designed to challenge you physically and mentally without the aggressive approach by keeping things fun and unique with different workouts each time.
