  Yes - we are insured and guarantee our work be completed to a high standard and within a standard timeline. Any updates required within our control will come at no additional cost.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I started Refresh to give a refreshing (pun intended) and personal approach to traditional accounting, tax and advisory services. My approach is to be that close and personal advisor you can ask questions to (no dumb questions!) and be confident you are receiving appropriate and clear advice relevant to you and your scenario. After working in larger firms for a decade, I saw how clients were thrown from staff member to staff member and never truly got that close relationship. I saw clients get poor advice, have little communication and get hit with sudden and large bills out of nowhere. I make an effort to ensure all fees are known upfront, all emails are replied to within 24 hours and to go above and beyond for my clients.
