Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

I am fully insured with AON insurance and am a member of the Massage and Myotherapy Association Australia. I cannot guarantee results as every person is different and we all respond to treatments differently.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I worked in Government for many years and always was a keen sportsman and interested in the body and how it worked. When the opportunity was right I decided a career change was the way to go.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Yes, recently we remodelled our kitchen the salesman showing us the cabinet handles and tiles was carrying a very heavy bag. I could tell that he had shoulder troubles. I treated him resulting in greatly reduced pain and increased mobility. I suggested a trolley case for his display items.

What do you like most about your job?

I like meeting new people and helping them to either reduce their pain and discomfort and improve their movement. Sometimes people just need a nice relaxing massage to help unwind. This helps people feel better get better sleep and enjoy life more.

What qualifications do they have and are the registered with any associations or professional bodies also are they insured. Ask to see these documents.

What sort of massage do I do and what is the difference between the different types of massage. All the answers are on my website or I am happy to discuss over the phone.

I have lived and worked in Melbourne's north for many years, a true local. I work from my home clinic so my overheads are low resulting in being able to offer competitive pricing for treatments.

Being a sole trader and working from home or mobile I don't have expensive overheads like rent or clinic fees.

Payment is made at the time of treatment by cash or EFT, credit card. I also offer gift vouchers that can be purchased in person or over the phone.

I have a keen interest in and continually get good results with my rotator cuff work and headache treatments of the upper back and neck.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I hold a full Diploma of Remedial Massage and am also a member of the Massage Myotherapy Association Australia and am insured with AON Insurance. I am registered with all major health funds.
