  Quoted $4,500 for an interstate move. After loading, they bumped it to $7,000, threatened storage fees, and said they’d sell my stuff after a couple of weeks if unpaid. Items and the new rental were damaged. I reported it to Consumer Affairs, who said the contract limited what they could do. I’ve kept the quote, messages and photos. They didn't provide an invoice until after being chased by consumer affairs. Stay away at all cost!

  ALERT! ALERT! Beware of Removalists NSW (0291393267 https://www.removalistsnsw.com.au/) – they are overcharging customers! I recently used their service, and during payment, they did not offer an online payment option. Instead, I had to provide my credit card details over the phone. Amanda (Operations Manager) charged me more than the invoice amount. When I questioned the excess charge, she claimed it was a mistake and promised a refund. She requested my bank details and PAYID, but even after 20 days of follow-ups, I have not received my money back. Her manager, Sandro, is also involved in this issue. Avoid this service – they overcharge and do not return the extra money taken! This is a planned activity of charging customer excess and not returning the money

  I booked with these guys horrible behaviour, they made me pay $50 deposit, on the day of my move they were no where to be found with me calling and messaging a billion times, then at 7pm at night the manager calls and says sorry we will refund you and now today 5th of October 2024 it’s been 1 month since of me calling and no refund. AVOID
