  The removalists from RemovAUS were polite, clean, and careful, doing a great job with the move. However, communication at the office could be improved, and I wasn't pleased with the additional charges incurred due to rounding up the price based on minutes, especially when the job took longer than initially estimated. Overall, while the service was satisfactory, there's room for improvement in office communication and pricing transparency.

  Our experience with RemovAUS has been fantastic. We found their service fair and reasonable. James was really clear with what to expect and other communication. Shout out to Pedro and Max for being phenomenal movers that were efficient and careful. They helped transition our move very smoothly.

They were very polite, careful with the furniture they were moving. Always found a solution for the difficult access situations. A really proactive team. I do highly recommend RemoveAUS!
