Initial diagnostic is free if client decides to proceed with what's required for the repairs. Otherwise, the diagnostic fee is $77. We charge less when customers bring their computers in and $15 more if onsite visit is required. We only charge $49 for remote session (30 minutes session)

Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?
We are fully insured with IT Professional Indemnity insurance as well as Public liability insurance. We only hire consultants with tertiary education and after a minimum of 1 year hands on experience working with computers as trainees. If our solution doesn't work there is 100% money back guarantee
What makes you the most reliable and trustworthy person for the job?
Customers are our best referral. On average we get 2 referrals from one client in a year. The system doesn't let us track referrals after the first year. But we are working on it :)

We love dealing with people. They are all different. Some are painful computer killers (the ones that think they know it all :)), some are innocent and pure and just want it to work. Some old, some very young. Students who dream to go to US to study, seniors who just want to talk to their relatives. They are our family

Mary called us on Saturday evening. Her flight was booked for Monday morning to go to California to present in front of a big audience. Memory stick snapped the moment she removed it from a PC that stopped working.. Someone from our team was in the office on Sunday morning to make her happy again!
How did you decide to get into your line of work?
I used to be a concert pianist until I decided to come to Australia in 2003 and computing was my hobby since I was 12 years old. While studying English and passing IELTS tests I fixed a few computer systems. Our teacher suggested to go and study computing :) I decided to swap one keyboard to another and got my Masters degree in 2008 (Computer Science / Security)
