I am registered with Fitness Australia and insured with Guild Insurances.  Keeping my groups to limited numbers I am able to supervise my sessions to make sure there are no unforeseen injuries and that technique is correct.

The local Dietitian referred a lady with type 2 diabetes, she struggled with just walking up the path and need to sit for 5 mins to recover. 6 months on and she trains twice a week, she is confident on the treadmill now and her mobility has increased significantly.

The most common question is how long will it take to achieve their results? Each person will receive their results differently, it depends on each persons body composition, diets, family, work and personal lives.

Before starting your fitness journey I will require for a health assessment to be filled in, it also helps if you have not exercised in a while to have your blood pressure taken and your doctors approval.

Do you purchase your lunch daily? How many take away meals do you have each week? Do you buy coffee or soft drink daily? To save money each week think about taking your lunch to work each day, cut down on the take away meals and coffee or soft drink you purchase each week.

I offer an unlimited personal training membership, which entitles the client to attend as many session as they feel they can handle safely through out the weekly timetable for only $35, which if attending 4 session per week for only $8.75 per session.

Sessions can be purchased as a Casual visit, 10 Pack or Unlimited Membership via cash upfront or direct bank deposit.
