Our market position is based on customer satisfaction.  We have deliberately positioned ourselves so we are separated from most law firms who are expensive and inaccessible to the wider community.  If we fail to satisfy our customers, then our business model will not be successful.

We are a boutique firm focusing on providing commercial advice in the areas of Restructuring, Business Growth and Decline, Insolvency and Bankruptcy.  We pride ourselves in being accessible. If necessary, we can travel to you and offer also flexibility in fee structures.

We need to complete picture.  We need to know what the problems are, what the financial position is and we need documentation to support this.  Then we need to know what your goals are so we can help you move towards them, taking into account each of the issues.

Gather as much information and documentation as possible. Set out clear goals you wish to achieve moving forward. Be prepared to pay a fixed fee upfront for a discounted rate.

Our business model is such that we don't have a big inner city office.  We come to you or alternatively, can manage your file electronically.  Our focus is accessibility and customer satisfaction.  This means lower prices, house calls and very clear cut pricing so you know what you're paying for.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We offer flexibility in this regard.  Subject to your needs, we can charge a fixed fee (preferred) so you don't need to worry about being charged in 6 minute increments. Alternatively, we can time charge if that suits you.  Finally, with some services, we offer a retainer based fee structure.

We work with all small businesses. We have worked in mining services, building and construction, logistics, architecture businesses to list but a few of the broad areas we have experience in.

We have not only the requisite law degrees, but we also have business degrees to apply some commercial acumen to our advice and post graduate qualifications in Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy law.
