Revive Holistic Health provides professional massage therapy, mindfulness meditation, and Access Consciousness Bars services for effective stress management and overall wellbeing. Our highly qualified therapists have more than 17 years experience in massage, meditation, nutrition and healing. We pride ourselves on a holistic approach to your health. We specialise in remedial massage (private health rebates for all health funds apply) as well as sports, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, pregnancy, aromatherapy and relaxation massage. We also specialise in corporate mindfulness meditation for corporate workplaces and schools in the Geelong and Melbourne CBDs, and surrounding suburbs. In addition we run regular monthly Introduction to Mindfulness courses, as well as more advanced Level 2 meditation classes at our new Surf Coast location in Jan Juc. Mindful eating and a non-diet approach to weight management is also a part or our strong belief system to good health, and forms the crux of our nutrition consultations. Our highly qualified and experienced nutritionist is also a mindfulness coach who will not only provide you with a personalised menu plan, but also empower you with the specific mindfulness skills you need to finally quit the dieting cycle forever. Access consciousness Bars healing sessions are like an 'instant de-cluttering' for the mind for instant stress relief, mental clarity and emotional balance. Revive has recently expanded and is now operating from two new locations in Armadale, just 23 min or 9.8 km for the Melbourne CBD, and Jan Juc which is just 5 min from Torquay on the Surf Coast near Geelong. On Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays we are at Riviera Drive Jan Juc Vic 3228,. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays we operate within Empathy Pilates at 741-743 High St Armadale Vic 3143.
