How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I've had a passion for high activity all my life. As a child if there was a tree I would climb it, if there was a hill I would run up it. After doing a bunch of jobs that just weren't me, I decided that I would love to be in an industry that enabled me to be fit and healthy AND help other people achieve their goals.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

My favorite story is of a young girl who was overweight and very shy. When I first met her she came in the room with her head hung low not making eye contact at all. After I had made her lose 20kg the difference was Huge. Her head was held high and her chest was out. That was a very proud moment.

What do you like most about your job?

I love that every day I get to make a positive difference to someone's life and that makes me feel great. Seeing the look on a client's face when they achieve their goal is one of the greatest rewards I could ask for.

Can you make me skinny in a month? Answer: No. It is very unhealthy to experience rapid weight loss. A healthy rate to lose fat is about 1kg per week if you are doing everything right.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

To get a good quote we need to know exactly what you need out of the service. Weight loss, strength training, nutrition advice. We also need to know what you've done before so we don't waste time when we call you. Our aim is to get you results as fast and as safely as possible.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

If you think that you can't afford Personal Training first think; what can I cut out of my spending that I don't need? eg you buy a coffee everyday before work at $5. That makes $25 saving if you make it at home. Do you eat take away once or twice a week? The standard take away meal is about $10.

Our prices are justified by the level of experience of our trainers. Our rates are only a small price to pay for the wealth of knowledge and experience that 6 years as a Fitness Solution Specialist. Note that the average time in the industry is 6 month before most Personal Trainers fail.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I use a Direct debit system that comes out once a week. I feel that it keeps clients more accountable and that keeps them coming as it no one wants to lose money right?

Fat loss and strength training is my specialty. Through years of trials in training myself and others I have developed systems to get you into the best shape of your life in a timely fashion.

On top of the mandatory cert 3 and 4 in fitness Sean is qualified in bootcamp level one and two, Pre and Post natal training, MMA level one and now has a Cert in Accredited Nutrition.
