  Job Description: I applied to Kingston Council to have the tree removed as it has caused a significant amount of property damage and I am concerned about the power lines which run through. It is a grandaflora magnolia and a beautiful tree however, we have had to rebuild it once and re-do our driveway due to the roots. The new fence is now being damaged. My application was rejected and I wish to contest the decision. I must respond within 21 days of 12/2/18. Help please.

  Shaun arrived on time and discussed the problems relating to getting a permit to remove the tree which the council had declined. He made some very good suggestions regarding maintaining the tree better and I will definitely get him to do the work.
