How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Was working through a family business from father and his late uncle. Originally Estimated since 1957. Working since 13 years old, developed passion for great appreciated work.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Yes I do. A costumer requested for all the house interior wood work to be painted. Doors, frames, windows ect. The doors were in horrible condition. After completion of the job, the customer was extreamly pleased. At one point said that ' I never knew that you could do such a face reflection job'.

Completing the job to a Australian  quality standard.  Recive a  costumer satissfaction.  Receive a high referral from previous satisfied customers

Do they warranty their work and the compilation of the job. Regarding time frame , health and safety and product/materials used.

Commonly question asked would be what material / company do we use for the job.  We mainly use Australian most trust worthy Haymes and and Wattle products. Australian made and owned.

Have been operating in the business for 14 years with no complaints regarding trust and reliability with a good record from referrals.

We Never cut on corners, safety is our priorrity and mostly trustworthy. Reassurance for the safety of our customers And the environment regarding  disposal of materials.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

-  Area painted in size  - Surface to be painted. Weather is timber weather boards, plaster board walls or concrete  - what condition the area is in. Good or bad. Dose it require extra rust or mould treatment  - interior or exterior job  - what the budget is for the job.

- Ensure the room is cleared for any obstacles such as furniture, articarafts e. g were the area is going to be painted.  - organise any additional work needed to be completed prior to painting. E. G. Pluming or electrical work - request to recive cheaper options on materials used for the job

Experience ranging from mirror finishes preparations and paintings.  Working with work safe requirements such as government demand safety red card.  List of safety ticket  licences for machinery such as scissor lift used in the jobs  First aid certification up dates  C. P. R. Annual up dates
