We guarantee our work based on the task. For eg if we are installing brand new parts it comes with warranty between 12 months to 3 years. For a second hand laptop repair using second hand parts has only 30 days warranty. For full warranty information please ask our friendly staff before proceeding as each case is unique.

Ask for the two options available. Is it worth fixing it or buying a new computer? Ask as many questions as you need to ensure you are hiring the correct person. Although we cannot provide answers over the phone for your problem but we will try to analyze the conversation and this will lead us to resolve your problems.

Computer Repairs Troubleshooting can be expensive. We charge between $0.00 to $50.00 for troubleshooting and advice the options available. Sometimes if your laptop or computer is too old and it will cost too much to repair we will simply explain this to your in plain english without the IT jargon. Flat fee fix also helps so you know what you are up against. We also provide a free health assessment.

We provide different rates depending on the work involved. Nobody likes to pay hourly rate therefore we believe in providing a flat fee service. For eg installation of an antivirus is $40.00 An onsite support can range between $60.00 to $99.00 A flat fee fix can cost up to $99.00 for an onsite service. Ask one of our friendly staff for a flat fix fee.

We cater for all types of virus and infection removal. We also provide data recovery services. Custom built computers is also part of our service and website development. We currently have 4 dedicated staff catering for website design and development alone.

All our staff have a minimum of 5  to 10 years industry experience. We also have IT Certified Specialist to IT Diplomas. Our staff also attend seminars and hold conferences in the IT industry.
