Yes, we have public and professional indemnity insurance (to $20 million), as well as insurance covering asbestos removal (to $20 million). As standard we provide a 10 year workmanship guarantee.

Is the QBCC licence valid and what is the licence history.  How long has the contractor been operating? Have they got in place all relevant insurances, including workcover?  Will the work be done in accordance with safety codes?  Have all necessary permits been obtained (eg traffic, asbestos etc)

The type of roof (metal or tile or asbestos), the type of guttering (metal or pvc), where the area of concern is on the roof, any access issues, how high the building is, approximate age of the building

We only deal with quality suppliers with whom we have been trading for a number of years at large volumes, and hence we enjoy competitive pricing for the goods supplied which we are able to pass on.  We will make you aware upfront of any likely costs necessary to ensure safety during the project.

We provide a free no obligation written quote which are fixed price.  Our quotes are based upon a visual inspection of the roof system and we’ll also have a chat with you about the scope of job and what it involves. We will submit our invoice on obtaining your signoff on the job.
