  Getting my paintings moved was the biggest concern and Rose removals handled that well. I paint as a hobby so my artwork means a lot for me so the firm taking care of them was a big plus.

  WARNING ⚠️ DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY WAY OVERCHARGE YOU BY MORE THAN DOUBLE AND REFUSE TO GIVE YOU YOUR BELONGINGS. THEY THREATEN YOU AND WILL NOT BE REASONABLE AT ALL. POLICE ARE NOW INVOLVED AS THEY ARE TRYING TO DOUBLE THE PRICE AGAIN TO $3000 TO MOVE A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT.

  Terrible business. I had a booking window of 2-4pm on Friday, I called at 12:30pm to confirm. By 3:45pm I hadn’t hear from the drivers. I called the business for an hour and no one answered the phone. At 5:30pm they called to say they can’t complete the job until Sunday. They then arrived late on Sunday to the job. No compensation was offered and I was overcharged for the job, having to pay for 5 hours when it took little over 4.
