  If you are looking to hire Royal Touch Conreating. Think again!. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Our new house in Glen Waverley needed Driveway and Conreating for 1m around the house. There were several issues with Paul and his team. They are below. 1. Wont keep up the time: We agreed with Paul that Conrete work had to be done on a certain weekend 4 weeks ahead. But Paul wanted to keep pushing it. We had to make several calls to him to get him to agree on a date. He has too many jobs and there is no concern to keep word. 2. He is not cheap but the place he buys concrete is quite cheap. Check with him where he gets the concrete from and check their reviews on google. 3. Its important that the concrete supplier is good. My concrete is supposed to be black but it's just bright Grey. Paul said it will need to dry to get the colour. It's been 6 weeks and still the same. The neighbour had a concrete driveway done and their concrete supplier said not enough colouring agent was added to my concrete and hence I wont get the back colour. 4. I have cracks in concrete in 3 places. Ping me and I can send you the photos of the concrete. 5. The aggregated concrete has light patches all over and not even. The reason for this is the Acidic cleaning was not done properly. The Cut and Seal must be done in few days after pouring; In my case I had to ask Paul about my cut and seal 2 weeks after and he said he will come and do it. And did a very bad job. The photos that Paul uploads on his page and he has uploaded mine as well. They were all taken immediately after pouring. And therefore looks good. I would not recommed you go with Royal Touch as they are not value for money, they may under quote a grand or 2 grand from others but you get less than what you pay for. Ping me privately and I can send you the photos of my concrete. Now Paul doesnt want to come and fix the issues and hence is not picking up my calls. This is not a good sign for a business that wants to last for long.
