My mission always will be to help people fix a pre-existing injury or nagging pain but also do the cool stuff like build a great looking physique. I've been a Personal Trainer for 4 years with a high retention rate as I make it a priority to offer a service that extends far beyond the 30- 45 min PT session.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I have found it very difficult finding times for clients in the mornings and evenings, as these time slots are currently fully booked. If you're able to be flexible and train during working hours or on Saturdays, that'd be fantastic!

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

This is a tough one, but I’d recommend:  - Eat a plate of green vegetables before every meal.   - Aim for 7000-1000 steps everyday.  - Drink less coffee, a lot more water and make sure you’re sleeping 7-8 hours at the same time, every day.

1x 35 min session = $65  Please be conscious that my service extends far beyond the session, as there will be necessary and on going changes to your training program and nutrition over time required to continue seeing progress and meet your goals.

Most of my clients that are referred to me have some sort of pain or pre existing injury. They also find it difficult to activate and build muscle. I also have a major focus on nutrition, hence putting more time outside PT sessions for clients to produce great results.

I have qualifications in rehabilitation and strength. However, I have found that experience is everything; especially if you want to fix any pre existing injuries, nagging pain or help people become the best version of themselves.
