Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

Yes we are insured. I would like to be able to guarantee our work but it is also up to the pet parent (the client) to follow the program I offer. If they do not do their homework and put the work in then there is little likelihood of success

What do you like most about your job?

What can be better than working with dogs? I also love helping them be the best they can be. And I love seeing clients develop an understanding and a communication with their dogs. It's beautiful to see that relationship of trust and love build

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

If it is for training/behavioural issues - what methods to do use to teach the dog? Are they harsh methods or positive ones for the dog? How many sessions will I have to have? If it is for pet walking - where do you take the dogs? Do you have other dogs with you or just the clients?

Why should a customer hire you over another service provider?

I have been  involved with dogs for close to 10 years and compete at a high level of obedience with my high-drive rottweiler and malinois. I also undertake behavioural work with pet clients who have issues at home and out and about

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

If it is for behaviour - the issues the client is dealing with and what they have done to try to remedy it. If it is for dog walking - how long they require and how often, also time of day. If it is for therapy, health issues and vet diagnosis

Are there any special offers you would like to offer to Oneflare customers?

If you are after behavioural or obedience training - I charge $80 an hour. However, I prefer clients to book in for three sessions to get the best out of the training. One session is not enough for clients to understand and put into practice the methods I use. I can provide 3 sessions for $210

Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer. I can provide a full invoice to anyone using my services

I am a small animal naturopath and treat dogs holistically. This includes dogs with behavioural issues. It also means I can help dogs that struggle physically on walks by taking a holistic approach to their health issues, whatever they may be
