"I hold general and prenatal yoga classes at my yoga studio in Forestville. By appointment I give private yoga classes, massage, reflexology and ITB.
I’ve had an ongoing involvement in yoga for about 15 years now – studying, practicing, teaching and travelling. Yoga is more than something that I do - it’s become a way of living. I work with yoga therapeutically and believe in supporting the students where they are
in their lives right now.
I believe yoga helps to focus and quiten the mind and increases the body’s strength, flexibility and vitality. It gives a deeper understanding and knowledge of the body and mind creating a relationship between the two."
