  "I used sam removal for my move from Campbelltown to sheidow park. The entire experience was fantastic. The movers, arrived exactly on time and were incredibly professional and friendly. They handled all my belongings, especially the fragile items, with extreme care. The communication throughout the process, from the initial quote to the final delivery, was seamless.The service from sam removal was excellent. Moving can be incredibly stressful, but the two men who helped me were so calm, professional, and had a 'can-do' attitude despite the heavy items and narrow staircase. They stayed positive and good-humoured throughout the long day. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for making a difficult day so much easier The cost was exactly as quoted, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend sam removal to anyone needing a reliable and stress-free moving service!"

  DO NOT USE. This review may be lengthy but it will save you time and money. We booked Sam Removal Adelaide for a move in October. The two removalists were friendly, but quite clumsy and slow. Several issues came up during the job, including unexpected extra charges for “depot to depot” time and “heavy items” that were never disclosed beforehand nor any amounts received in a quote. None of our items were unusually heavy, and they even used a dolly for the table they later damaged. At the end of the move, the workers refused to leave until the extra charges were paid, even while we were on the phone to the owner trying to clarify the amount and discuss the damage to our dining table. They then asked to be paid for the extra 30 minutes they waited around. The major issue was our Berkowitz dining table, which was significantly damaged during the move. We raised it immediately at the time of removal, sent photos, and the owner accepted full responsibility in writing. He provided his insurance details and said he would either lodge a claim or cover the repairs. We obtained assessments from Berkowitz and an independent furniture specialist. Both confirmed the table cannot be restored to its original condition, and that any “repair” would be purely cosmetic. Under Australian Consumer Law, damaged property must be returned to its original condition or compensated at replacement value. This is not us trying to get something new, the table simply cannot be properly fixed. Since providing all of this information, we have sent multiple emails and text messages. The owner has completely stopped responding. Even his insurance company said they can’t lodge a claim without him. Our next steps are Consumer & Business Services or a Minor Civil Claim, which is disappointing considering he initially acknowledged fault. There were also moments of condescending behaviour, when my partner tried speaking to the owner, he told her “let me speak to the man,” which was unnecessary and rude. There was also a lot of blame-shifting despite the earlier written admission. We want to be very clear: we are not trying to scam anyone. The owner just needs to lodge the insurance claim he already acknowledged, and this would be resolved quickly. The workers themselves were polite, but slow and not careful. Packing wasn’t great, items were handled roughly, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. A previous time my partner used them, they pressured her to leave a review on the spot, which says a lot. PLEASE read the other negative reviews, these issues are not isolated. Based on our experience, if something goes wrong, you will struggle to get accountability. We would NOT recommend hiring this company. There are 3 or 4 ways the owner will respond to this review. I will be interested to see which avenue he uses. We left this review since early October to give the owner an opportunity to rectify this issue. It would probably have bumped it up to 2 stars as the issue would have been fixed, however this has not been the case and my 1 star remains.

  Hi Sam sir you and your wife is a very very nice person .well Mistake happens in life . My team got scratched your table I have admit it and emailed you to get it fixed . But when I tried to spoke to your wife and called her mam you started abusing me to call her mam . I have and my team explained you we always says mam and sir to all customers . It was ok I have accepted your rude behavior and asked sorry to mam . Then you offered me to leave total cost for that day and finish the matter . But I have advised you sir it’s normal damage and will be fixed by my professional repairer who does repair for very big companies . Sir he is also Australian born and Aussie guy . But you and your wife continually denied it . Sir you have asked me to pay $5200 for the table which can be easily fixed by repairer . I am going to attach the photos of damage which we accept has done by team and always here to get it fixed . But I can’t pay $5000 for minor damage which can be repaired . If you want to get it fixed please consult any time I will send the certified Australian repairer on my cost and if you still feel result is not good may be we can seek for further action anything you like . For some reason google is not letting me to add the photo of table . Sam Royans sir please kindly attach the photo of damage so customers can see who is right at this stage .
