  Sam Removals did a fantastic job for our move recently. The boys were hardworking and took great precaution not to damage any our items and the walls. The items were also covered in blankets to ensure a scratch free move.

  See the negative reviews on this site. NEVER book this mover if you want a stress free move. Sam has since posted that he was overseas. Despite being overseas he was on the phone to his guys throughout my move and was extremely aggressive on the phone. It got to a point where I was going to call the police. I highly suggest never to book this moving service. 7 hrs late and had a truck 1/4 of the size that I ordered and was half full of someone elses items.

I was overseas for the past two months due to family health issues, during which time the new manager handled all jobs. Unfortunately, things did not go as expected. Before December, I had 100 five-star reviews, many with videos. I have been contacted by several companies offering to remove negative reviews for $50 each, as others are doing this. However, I have always run my business with honesty and never intend to confuse or deceive my customers. Thank you for your understanding.

  Horrible service..no professionalism They kept changing the dates and details..At the beginning they claimed to move from Adelaide to Melbourne within a day of the pickup.. later took 9 working days. Added multiple hidden charges at the end. No written quotes. Lot of the boxes were open and damaged. Not responding to calls or messages after payment.Took full payment before we could inspect the stuff. Two heaters were also damaged, cannot use them anymore. Coat hanger was missing. They provided shitty service..My husband had to do most of the loading unloading and lifting and made back and forth trips to the house as only one man came for pick up and for delivery and was rushing to leave. Wont recommend this company

  Hi dear friends all these reviews are genuine and was trying to resolved as I was in overseas for last 2 months due to some family health issues. All the jobs were handled by new manager in my absence and went wrong way . You can look up before December I had 100 reviews 5* in queue with videos . I have called by two many companies to remove the nagative reviews with $50 each review as others company are contacting them to do that . I have run my business with honesty and never want to confuse or deceive my customers Regards Sam
