What do you like most about your job?

I love meeting people of all ages and cultural diversity.  I love writing ceremonies for clients including choreography, rituals and readings - it's challenging and moving especially when the end result is presented to the guests at the ceremony.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

When would be a good time to meet to discuss our needs?  We have several ideas and would like rituals included - can you help us?  We have a big family can they be included in our ceremony?

How much does it cost?  An average wedding is $1000 - HOWEVER there are Elopements, Small weddings that can be done in my office and gardens - every wedding ceremony is unique and until I have met with the client my quote is a guide only.

Every client interview is confidential.  Every ceremony is unique to each couple and all files are securely locked away as 24/7 security at the business locality.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

I like to know if the Venue has been booked and its location. How many in the bridal party and the expected number of guests.  Rehearsals are a necessity.

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

My 3 tips are:  Think about other ceremonies you have been a part of and take out what you liked most.  Think outside the square and think what you both would like to represent your personalities.  Ensure that it is fun and enjoyable it will calm your nerves!

I don't believe in pricing to be competitive - it is the quality of your ceremony and individualised service that matters most.

How do you normally charge for your service?

I prefer to meet with my couples and work through their requirements and then decide on the way forward.  For Professional Services I charge a Professional Fee.

As a modern celebrant I create personalised celebrations that capture who you both are with a custom-designed ceremony to ensure you have a unique and very special ceremony.  I enjoy sitting down with couples and working through their unique styles and cultural backgrounds for a memorable ceremony.
