  A great trainer!! I’ve used a number of personal trainers and I’ve had various gym memberships over the years but Yordis is the best by a mile and excellent value for money. I look forward to each session and Yordis’ creativity makes the sessions fun while being challenging. No more gym memberships for me - personal training with Yordis is the only way to go.

  I’ve been training with Seijo Trainer for about 6 months and my strength, and flexibility have improved so much. I do a one on one and a group PT each week and the sessions are great fun and always different. The first session was free and he’s very accommodating on scheduling. Highly recommended.
