  Technician showed up, went up into the roof and left the site with the unit in non-working order. Eventually wouldn't even fire up. Phoned the company and they tried to gaslight me with BS. Went up myself and couldn't see any evidence of any of the stated work, particularly the cleaning, having been done. (Removed word) choked the gas the supply to the point of disablement. Does that sound like they know what they are doing? Refused to allow them to touch it again. The matter is before V.C.A.T. after the company further offered to settle but didn't come through on their offer.

  Prior to engaging Ibrahim, he mentioned deep cleaning would be carried out including washing coil, drain pan, filters, compressor, and other parts of air conditioning system. Photos were provided beforehand to him to ensure that he was 100% sure he could do it and he agreed. Hence he was hired for this job. Lo and behold, what he did were only washing filter nets and pumping hot water pre-mixed with dishwashing liquid into drain pan saying that it would wash the system by itself and mould/foul smell would be gone. Nothing else was done as he promised. He blamed ventilation design and claimed the mould smell was actually humidity smell. What?!? Come on... I’m not that stupid. I paid him for nothing. I requested for full refund of $250 but he refused saying that it’s for diagnostic charge. He was not responsive throughout engagement and his customer service was bad. Please be careful when you are dealing with this guy and stay away.

Service with a smile, professional, identified and explained the problem, sort out the part and was in constant communication throughout the process.
