We Are insured through Tradesure on a QBE policy , and all the labour work is guaranteed for seven years , all material installed are coverd by the manufacturer which have various warranties depending on the brand and what it is.

i love to put things together and bring it to life, meeting new people and working outside are great things about the job,  in plumbing you are always learning so it keeps it interesting

i have pride in myself by knowing that pepole trust me and i make every effort to ensure that customers are not disappointed,  I think on the lines of what i expect from a trade serviice when im at home waiting for them to turne up ,   so being on time is important.

we care about the quality of work and we do and take pride it . at all times we conduct our service in a fare manner where many of our clients after the work become good friends.

How do you normally charge for your service?

on larger jobs we charge a progress payment for the stage completed, for smaller jobs payment is due when the job is finished. high end materials may be subjected to an agreement .

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

I have completed many new homes , have done many renos , a lot of maintenance , we have worked for a solar and heat pump company doing all of there installs , we have done some larger jobs on schools , kinder gardens ,  I can do drainage , water supply , gas fitting , back flow prevention , solar and heat pump , roof work and more.
