How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I was on my own weight loss journey and I was guided by my wife as she could see how much I loved being at the gym and how much it had changed me. We were ready for a career change so we ran with it and never looked back!

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Jim aged 74 has been with us since 2010. Widower, former farmer and cab driver, diabetic.  He came to us initially because he couldn't raise his arms above his head.  4 years later, 15 kg lighter we still train 1 x per week and he still does is homework of stretching and joint mobility and he is still dancing away at all the senior dances with all the ladies! We refer to Jim and our celebrity client!

The relationship you build while guiding people towards that end result or next level result! We love people and we love the laughs, the tears ( well we hopefully will not bring you to tears!), the trust that clients have in us and why we have retained so many people from day one!

q How long will it take and how often? a That is up to you. We will educate you with the right tools, refer you to the right people for nutrition help! We are here to motivate and get you moving but we will not do it for you!

Since 2010 we have been turning up day in and day out trying to build a reputation of being reliable and trustworthy. This is Personal Training so it is about you! We hear too many stories of trainers cancelling at the last minute or not showing up.

We always ask what are you after specifically, we always ask about previous health concerns, we always ask about injuries and anything that may affect your training.

Try combining group fitness with some personal training! A great way to get more time with our trainers and also feed of others that may have been achieving results for a longer period! Learn from your peers!

First session free and your first 4 weeks of training we will offer a $10 per 45 minute session booked. We will also offer a free week of Group Fitness as well.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We know what the others are charging with less experience, no proven results. Often what we are seeing is these businesses are charging in excess of $80 per hour. we have also never raised our prices as we believe them to be fair and we love what we do! We have 3 pricing structures 30 min $35 45 min $50  All you can train Group fitness $39 up to 10 sessions per week

We are Movement and motivation specialists. We are certified in many different areas in our field but we are definitely leaders in outdoor fitness! Our Camps run 51 weeks of the year!

Cert 3 and 4 PT, Level 2 first Aid, registered fitness professional, Level 1 and 2 Boxing, Level 1 TRX, Level 1 and 2 Kettle bell instructor, FMA strength course, PNF stretching, Gut Check Certified Boot camp instructor ( You can only be invited and you are tested for days both Character and physical fitness)
