We have a $5 Million liability insurance, I always guarantee my work for 30 days on software, 90 days on hardware and any new parts or devices have the 1 year warranty.

There was only ever 1 computer in my family, I needed to make sure it worked otherwise when I was young you had to take over the family TV to play games.

A customer asked for the best computer money could buy, I said a budget of $10k would be needed if you wanted the best of the best. They agree'd. We built a system to match their personality and style and needs. Once completed I advised the customer I was under budget by over $5k!

I like the satisfaction of finishing a particularly hard to solve hardware issue, or a brand new water cooled computer system.

Always ask if they can supply or install non genuine Windows. If they can and also offer to do it, stay well clear. You will not know if the equipment or software you have purchased or were going to purchase were legitimate.

I need to normally know if you can still access the internet, and what you would like the outcome of the service to be. Some times a hard drive needs to be replaced but we can get the data off it. Its up to you if we do both.

My pricing is set per task, Not normally per hour. I also price match any legitimate quote.  I'm happy to with with payment terms for most clients as well.

The charge for our services can range from a simple $60 fix of a small issue, all the way to a small business roll out which can cost to the 10's of thousands of dollars. No job is to big or too small.

I am a specialist in designing and building custom computers for small businesses making that first impression on their clients. Also anyone that knows that a computer can also look like an art piece.

I have over 10 years of experience within IT and have been working in the industry for over 5. There is no qualification that someone can get to have the same skills as me. I also have the standard Masters in IT computer science.
