Yes, as registered BAS Agents, we are required to hold professional indemnity insurance & our policy also covers us for public liability. Our employees are covered by Workcover insurance as well.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

We saw a huge gap between the business owner & the external tax agent or auditor. We set about voiding that gap with reliable and capable bookkeepers leading on to accountants who can interrogate, analysis & interpret financial records from which decisions can be made.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

We were called to a client of a tax agent whose bookkeeper had just up & left. We did some forensic accounting analysis & found fraud. We offered to ensure this never happened again & 8 years later we still provide monthly accounting reporting, cash flows & supervision of the new bookkeeper.

Getting up everyday and handling payroll, bank reconciliations, data entry or for our accountants, reporting, cash flows & BAS are what we thrive on. Is second nature to us & we still get a thrill when we reconcile!

Prior to our commencement, we issue a letter of engagement detailing the scope & fees of the services to be provided. To be effective and efficient , we need access to all financial records such as bank and credit card statements, invoices, bills and cash receipts and payments.
