Is there a particular aspect of your trade or industry that you specialise in?

I like to work with people that want to get ride of unwanted adipose tissue (aka fat) and get stronger (stronger does not mean having big muscles). First: I educate people and explain what foods have a negative & positive impact on your health. I take people shopping to show that a healthy and tasty meals exist. (I also write easy-to-follow recipes) Second: Training plans with an holistic approach to what your goal is, and I combine each one of the training method I know to make it fun and accomodate everyone of my present and future clients.

My name is Simone. I'm a an Italian Personal Trainer in Newcastle. Personal Training - Weight loss - Fall Prevention - Families - Elderly Rehab - Pilates - Mobility - Return To Work - Nutrition Advice is what I offer in an affordable package. What I love doing is helping people to get moving! Why? because movement is life, is energy and anyone should be educated on how to do it. Unfortunately for a reason or another we get stuck in life and the first that go out the window is health, no training, eat poorly, less sleep and the list go on. My job is to keep you accountable for the choices you make and make sure you that if you are too busy to come up with a workout or you don't want to think about it, you can just rock up do your exercise for the day and go and live your life! If you need to recover from an accident or you are older and feel like the gym is intimidating I am here to make your fear of the gym go away... and maybe one day you'll love the gym. Do you want to lose weight either 5kg or 60kg it's all good together we can do that, I know it's scary but we can do it! Are you confused on how to cook or what to eat? no stress, I got you cover, I'm a chef by trade. I have a folder with planty of recipes that you can use + I can tell you excactly what to eat. ( and you can bet on it McDonals, KFC and sugary drinks are not on the list). I am always looking for business and people to help, I charge $55 for 45 minutes or $55 for group session up to 5 days a week at selected times.... AND all the recipes and the Y/N FOOD list are free (because education should be free - and you can download it from my website).
