  Cancelled with less than 24hours notice leaving me having to find a last minute replacement. So unprofessional, didn’t care that they’d cost me MORE money die to it now being a last minute job. DO NOT USE this company. Awful, Awful, Awful!

  I moved with star moving last week and after that the mover damaged my stuff during moving so accidentally took my trolley after that time , I sent so many emails and text and talked with them on the phone about these problems but they don't Want to response and they are unimportance .so I already sent them the damaged pictures.

  The men didn't even show up, I got a call the day of the job saying they couldn't show up as the driver was sick. No replacements and when advised when is the next available it was two days later. Just ridiculous and highly unprofessional. I booked this over a week ago and on the day I got let down. Just disappointing.
