Stars Architectural Design and Drafting is managed by Joseph Novak & Nita Guedes. Joseph has been working over 25 years with Architectural Drafting. He owns a certificate in Architectural Drafting and has a Registered Building Practitioner status as well as being fully Insured. Nita has a strong knowledge of 3D Architectural Design. She attended the Western Sydney University studying Bachelor of Housing where she gained knowledge of Building Design. Our business provides Architectural Design and Drafting services which can include 3D views presentation, on-site evaluation and coordination of all Consultants involved in the various aspects of a Project. The main services provided are in Residential Building Design & Drafting, as well coordination of all Consultants for: • new home / dual occupancy & unit development • extensions and additions to an existing residence • verandah, deck, carport & garages Stars Architectural Design & Drafting services can deliver all the necessary documentation, construction details, coordination of all consultants (eg. land surveying, structural design, etc.) from first stages of Planning right through to the final Building Permit. We are very much attentive in what we do in delivering the best service to our clients with competitive fees. Samples of our work are available if requested. We do not usually have standard operation of hours because our schedule is flexible for our valued clients eg. meeting on weekends.
