  Having your brother/brother in law as your celebrant is an EXCELLENT idea. We gave Bart a very minimal brief and told him to keep it short and sweet due to being covid wedding sufferers, we just wanted to party and be with our loved ones. We had no idea what Bart would say nor how he would lay it out but having someone who’s grown up beside you and then alongside a developing relationship he was able to create the most perfect, unique ceremony for us and we were absolutely blown away. Bart has this wonderful creative mind and an amazing way of story telling so he is the quintessential celebrant! I couldn’t recommend him enough, the thought that goes into the day, the kindness he gives you and the love he shows you and everyone that is there - he left is speechless!

  Working with Bart to make our wedding day special was amazing. Getting to sit out with him before hand so he got to know us individually as well as our relationship added so much personal flair to our ceremony. Just a super fun experience all around.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I love love, and I really enjoy helping people tell their story to their friends and family. Everybody's journey is unique and important, and I love being a part of helping that come to life on people's wedding day.

• What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

  What are you core values when it comes to celebrancy? (and do they align with mine?) Are you available on my wedding date? What's been your favourite ceremony and why? What's the legal process between now and wedding day? Do I feel like this person would do a good job of telling our story in the most authentic, realistic way?

• I'm your classic non-traditionalist who loves love. I think there's nothing better than gassing up mates in front of mates!

• I'm a storyteller at heart. I'll get to know you both, find the themes in your journey and spin a yarn for the ages.
