  I really have no words for how much relief Debbie was able to bring me. 😩❤️ I hadn’t done any tax before, when I suddenly discovered I had 7 years of backlog due to businesses I had in the past. Oops! So I did some shopping around for a few weeks to find an accountant. In the end I came up with nothing because they were all intimidating, pushy, or not very friendly and I just couldn’t connect with them. You could tell for them it was just a job. One even quoted me a “great deal” of $6000, which felt ridiculous given the circumstances. Eventually I came across Debbie’s Aussie tax advice Facebook group, which was great… it felt like a lovely little community, no judgement. There I was encouraged to jump on a free 15 min call to discuss my situation. I did… and surprise, I didn’t need to lodge any tax after all! So much for that $6000… money hungry accountants I guess, trying to take advantage because I was young and didn’t know any better. There wasn’t much in it for Debbie, but she was still honest about the best solution for ME, and I respect and value that above all else. That’s absolutely the sort of person I’d trust and want to work with. Shockingly, she managed to completely erase several months of extreme stress for me… all done and dusted, solved that same day. Two simple emails. She kept me updated through the entire process, and called back to share the exciting news with me when it was done! God I only wish I had found her sooner! 🥹 She went so above and beyond to help me, more than what she gained from it. You can tell she genuinely does love her work, being able to help people like me in stressy situations. She’s got great reviews and passionate clients in her group for a reason! I’ll definitely be using your accounting services in the future, I can’t thank you enough ☺️
