We were recommended Stellar Plumbing & Gas to install a new gas bayonet in our living room by another plumber who couldn't undertake the job. Whilst I accept responsibility for not obtaining a quote prior to work commencing, the workmanship wasn't professional and the tradie was quite pushy with a solution I was reluctant to support. Finally, we were shocked when we received an invoice for twice the amount we expected after the job was completed. After some pushback, we received a revised invoice with itemised costs and a reduction of $100 after the manager agreed to remove the travel time to my property which was calculated in our labour costs! Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
