  Yvonne at Step into life Kellyville will 100% help you achieve your fitness goals. If you are a beginner or just wanting to increase your overall fitness to another level, she is the personal trainer for you. The group environment is fun and each lesson different from the next. Her experience and guidance will motivate you to reach a fitness level you never thought were possible, so what do you have to loose - give it a go and you wont be disappointed!

• Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

  I am fully insured and approved through council, and Fitness Australia. I am also CPR and first Aid qualified. I guarantee results and I measure results through training diaries, fitness assessments and weigh ins.

• How did you decide to get into your line of work?

  I did aerobics at school and became an instructor at 17 y/o after school. Through various full time jobs, I maintained my Fitness registration working at gyms. After my 2nd child I decided to work full time in the industry. I love helping people and setting a great example to my 3 children.
