  Having a weekly appointment with Mark enables me to maintain a level of fitness that I was unable to achieve by myself. He has the experience to know when to push you and when to mix up the sessions to keep it interesting.

  I joined Mark's private training in October 2018 to undertake rehabilitation exercises for knee injury. I have trained with Mark on average 2-3 times a week and I am extremely pleased with the results. I have now completed recovered from my knee injury and feel more energetic throughout the day. I am very impressed with Mark's professionalism and meticulous planning. His ongoing support and encouragement is very important for me to incorporate regular exercise into my weekly routines. I can see clear benefits in using an experienced and caring trainer like Mark and I am happy to recommend his services to others.
