  My experience with steadfast was one of the worst . Steadfast removals were meant to be at the pick up address at 12 at noon , they arrived at 1.30 at noon and after looking at the items which were to be removed the workers told me that it was too much and they had no time . This angered me very much as they said no one had told them what was to be taken and that they had to leave by 3 o' clock .The workers called their boss who told me that Daniel had not told them the bulk of the work and half of the day was wasted . Then they said they brought the wrong truck which was too small ,claiming that Daniel had not told them exactly what they were moving. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. Finally I hired other removalists !

  I appreciate the service provided by Steadfast.They came on time, well prepared, with only a few hours notice and got the job done efficiently. My furniture was handled delicately, glad wrap all my furniture to avoid any damage. The guys were polite and conducted themselves in a professional manner. I am quite content.

  Easy communication, however confusing when another company showed up and I hadn't been told they had merged. The workers where there to work not be friendly and I did fear things would break, especially when they were moving my couch by kicking it down the hall cause they were confused how it fit. They took much longer than the previous company I had used and took a long time to get from one destination to another. They also went to charge me 10% surcharge on my cc until I called the boss who said sorry that's 3%. I wouldn't use them again.

  To begin Steadfast removals quoted $20.00 fee - was given a call back when too late to go with another company telling me it was really a $120.00 fee. This they blamed on the ONEFLARE SITE. The time quoted was to be around 12 noon but before 1pm. I called at 1 to see how far off the truck was - this was when Steadfast called another company to do the job!! These contractors were not even at their depot in Clayton but said they would go to the depot to pick up a truck and drive to Rye!! This was a 1 and a half hour delay!! Then they called back to say they would only come if I paid them cash!! The contractors came after 3pm just in time for peak hour traffic!! These subcontractors were themselves good and did the job efficiently. I would never use Steadfast removals again and would only recommend others NOT use them either.

  One of the owners used to run a Harvey Norman franchise and he developed a good understanding of transport and logistics. Believe it or not, his house burnt down and after the dust settled, he bought a truck and it all started from there.
