Health has always been a big part of my life. I am passionate and committed to helping people to be healthy and to look and feel their best. My Personal Trainer role compliments my nursing career. By sharing my knowledge to empower my clients, they are able to make sustainable changes to their lives and together we can build a healthier community.

I just love working with my clients and watching them become more energetic, confident and stronger (both mentally and physically) as they meet the challenges of their journey. It is a very special privilege to be part of their journey and for me, it is an extremely rewarding experience.

After completing a thorough pre-exercise and movement screening, postural analysis and a comprehensive health and fitness assessment, I am able to develop a personalised training program to help you achieve your goals taking into account your needs and your lifestyle.
