Yes we are insured and we guarantee our work,  if for some reason that u are not happy with the work we will come out and give the area u were concerned about a re clean, However this is rare and if the carpet is damaged or has been miss treated to an extent that it has no recovery then honesty is the best policy and a no recall is discussed with client
