We recently had an ongoing issue with our drains backing up inside the house. Swan's Professional Plumbers used their special drain equipment to quickly find the cause of the problem. Excellent service haven't had an issue since. I found the guys from Swan's a real pleasure to deal with, very professional, they clearly explained what the problem was and what they needed to do to fix it and what the cost would be. Michael was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. He replaced our hot water unit with not fuss and we had hot water with in a few hours of him calling. Apart from the new unit you would have never know they were there. They were so clean and tidy. Thanks again Michael and the team.
