  PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🚨🚨🚨 We posted an ad for an end of lease clean on the One Flare app. They responded almost immediately and were extremely prompt with communication BEFORE the clean. They listed everything that was included in the clean and quoted a fair price. On the day they called us after they had got there and let us know of some additional things they recommend adding to get the best result. They recommended paying $80 extra to get the dog hair out of the carpet in one of the bedrooms (which we agreed to) and said that there were 7 walls that were very dirty and we should pay $10 per wall to have the whole wall properly washed (which we also agreed to). We couldn’t get there to inspect the clean on the day but the next day we went and it was quite average to say the least. There were still marks on several walls within the home which we had to go around and clean off and the worst part was there was still a noticeable amount of dog hair in the carpet. We know it can be quite hard to get out but what was so disappointing is that the cleaner that called said “if you pay the extra cost we will vacuum up every single hair”. Once the clean is finished communication becomes almost non existent. They answered the phone the first time we called up but as soon as we told them we had an issue they started to play dumb and it became very hard to communicate with them. They ended up saying we will contact the team and get back to you shortly. They never did. I called back numerous times and left voice messages and emails, they never responded. My partner called and they answered. Once again, as soon as my partner stated the issue they said they would speak to their manager about it and we could not get a hold of them after that. Please listen to the other reviews on here. I know there are some good ones, which I find hard to believe are real but there are some seriously alarming ones. Also the fact that they ask for payment before the clean is already a big red flag. DO NOT USE FOR END OF LEASE CLEAN!!
