  Younis has completed two separate repair jobs on our roof. He resealed almost all our roof penetrations (sewer outlets, TV antenna, fresh air event, solar hot water pipes, alfresco leak etc). Throughout the jobs he sent before and after photos so I could see what was happening on my roof! What a great idea! His work looks really good and he is sending an invoice with 7 year warranty on the work.

  Younis is a perfect gentleman, he took pictures of the problem with my roof, which others didn't pick up on, which could of cost me more $$$ if it had gone any longer, he is honest with integrity, showed up on time when quoting and when he started the job today, very polite, did the job with no complaint, not only did he repair my sunlight flashings & other repair, he cleaned all the leaves & debris, then painted the flashings to match my colourbond roof, which was not part of the job, he went above and beyond & I would highly recommend him.

  I am not qualified to comment on the quality of the workmanship - hence the average rating. Time will tell. The experience was poor in terms of trustworthiness, punctuality, honesty, time spent on the job compared to expectations at time of quoting and value for money. Promised to be here at 9.30am, received text around 10am indicating they were on their way and would arrive soon. Arrived 12.30pm. My partner informed me they were here for only 2.5 hours max. They took shortcuts with the work and did not perform what was required by the insurance company. To be fair they spray painted some extra ridge capping to make it look better from the street. Insulted my intelligence by saying they drove past at 9.30am but there was condensation on the road so did not stop. I used them despite their costs being higher because they had good references. I wish I could give a good reference. Instead I feel duped.

  Rhonda we’ve completed the works absolutely perfect We’ve had big rains since , you haven’t had one leak we also done additional repairs for you free of charge How dare you insult my intelligence and say work Was not completed, we done so much extra for you and I’ve supplied you with detailed photos of thorough work You have no leaks You have a perfect job You have the nerve to complain and not even be happy I’ll come back strip everything off the roof and give you your money back guaranteed Because your not worth me having an unsatisfied customer I can understand if you Had problems to complain You have a roof repair job that’s not leaking And you still have a negative review I pride myself on quality and workmanship And that’s exactly what we have given you
