i went to tafe in padstow & i enjoyed it right from the start i love being outdoors! after many years now i can tell you mostly every trees name & age its great.

we have had a few stories but i think our favourite is when we get customers so amused while we are doing the job they come outside & watch how the tree comes down & how the jobs all done :)

we always tell our customers to always ask if the company has insurance & if so to show documents, its so important! if there is any feedback to read through that always ask about thyre experience in the industry for piece of mind.

common questions we get asked which is very good is if we have insurance which is always a yes we also provide the documents. another common question is if we provide discounts for the elderly/pensioners which is also a yes! & the last common one is do we take all the rubbish away & clean up after the job which is also deffaintly a YES

some basic things we need to no before we can provide a quote is does the customer have council approval for the job? what type of tree is it? roughly how big in size? does the customer require stump grinding? its always best to come out & inspect to give an accurate price.

my team has all the machinery so our prices do become very competitive as we do not need to hire out machinery for the job, we also provide 10% of a cheaper price so i think we are deffaintly very competitive :)

How do you normally charge for your service?

we always prefer to come out & examine the access, the tree height & width, what type of tree it is etc. to give our customers a detail of what will happen & what its going to cost as so many trees vary so it becomes very difficult to price a job without going out to see it in person.

i am an arborist i do contract climbing as well as my own work, i have all the machinery i also specialise in stump grinding. practice deffaintly makes perfect :)
