  First of all I can say that she is very flexible with her appointment times, but I didn’t like after giving me a price for grooming when we arrived she charged extra $10 for a few matting, I should of been told earlier for any extra charges whatever that might of been.

  Szylvia is fantastic! Despite it being my cavoodles first ever trim, she connected with him right away and managed to do a great job even though he hates being touched around the snout/mouth. Very professional and very knowledgeable having a background in pet therapy. Highly recommend!
