Yes, fully insured with public liability ($10,000,000.00) and professional indemnity cover ($5,000,000.00) Science is the guarantee of my programs; if everything is followed and the macronutrients and calorie expenditures are reached. Unless there is a medical condition preventing results.

I trained an ex-military personnel. Really determined client, ie. 1st session he asked me to see if I can make him throw up. A couple of sessions down the road, he was 5 mins late. (He is NEVER late). He apologised explained that he was hit by a car, but he is here now.

Free trial or consultation is a must. There has to be a sense of compatibility. A fitness professional can know all the biomechanics of the human body, but if the client - trainer relationship is not right, this will make the journey much harder.

$120 per hour. Different packages are available depending on needs. Packages ranging from once per week to five times per week. Booked in 6-week blocks.
