I was exposed to Building and Pest Inspections through a role that I had with a Real Estate company and developed an interest in carrying out Timber Pest Inspections for prospective property sellers and buyers.

Variety - no two days are ever the same. It is also satisfying to be able to provide long term solutions for clients in relation to their pest issues and provide protect to their family and valuable assets.

Customers should ensure that the service professional has all of the relevant industry qualifications, current licenses as well as appropriate insurance coverage.

They generally ask about having pets on the premises and we always recommend that, as a precaution, pets are not present during the treatment and return once the chemicals have dried (usually 1-2 hours).

As a small business operator, we have very low overheads compared to the larger, more established companies and franchise operations. This also allows us to be more flexible with pricing as we are not having to follow set prices for services.

General Pest Treatments and Termite/Timber Pest Inspections are charged at a set rate. Other services are charged on a case by case basis, depending on the scope of the work required.

Specialising in all aspects of Termite Management - Inspect, Treat, Protect. Annual Termite Inspections, Pre-sale Timber Pest Inspections, Pre-purchase Timber Pest Inspections, termite treatments and the installation/maintenance of chemical termite barriers and in-ground termite bait stations.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Qualified, licensed Timber Pest Inspector and Pest Management Technician. Hold a QBCC licence to carry out Chemical Termite Management as well as Termite Inspections and Reports. Hold professional Indemnity Insurance cover of $1 million and Public Liability Insurance cover of $10 million.
